Learn how to sign up for Online Bill Pay via QuickBooks Online.

Manage your money easier with Online Bill Pay. The Company and Bank account owner can sign up to Online Bill Pay with either a direct link or through the QuickBooks Online App. Here’s how:

Sign up using a direct link #

Sign up for Online Bill Pay using a direct link.

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Online Bill Pay Learn More page, then select Get Started.
  3. Enter your company information, then select Next.
  4. Follow the prompts to connect your bank account. (For more information: Online Bill Pay – Add a new bank account.)
  5. Select Open, then select Next.
  6. Enter in your personal information, then select Next.
  7. Finally, answer a few identity check questions. If you have issues with this process or are declined during the identity check process, contact Intuit’s Care Support.

Sign up using the Bill Pay App #

You can sign up for Bill Pay through the Apps tab in QuickBooks Online.

  1. From your QuickBooks Online home page, select the Apps tab on the nav bar.
  2. In the search field, search Bill Pay.
  3. Select Bill Pay for QuickBooks Online app card.
  4. In the app card you will notice two buttons. Select the Get Bill Pay button.
  5. Once on the Learn More page for Online Bill Pay, select Get Started.
  6. Enter in your Company information, then Next.
  7. Now, follow the prompts to connect your bank account. (For more information: Online Bill Pay – Add a new bank account.)
  8. Select Open, then select Next.
  9. Enter in your personal information, then Next
  10. Lastly, answer a few identity check questions. If you have issues with this process or are declined during the identity check process, contact Intuit’s Care Support.
