Reset TCP / IP Stack on Windows 10

The Internet will only function if the TCP / IP (Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol) is intact and normally operates. While connecting to the Internet TCP / IP plays a significant role.

Often, You may experience Internet connection issues. Internet connectivity issues are caused by Internet Protocol corruption or incorrect IP settings.

TCP / IP Reset restores default values to the PC’s Internet Protocol settings. It also addresses connection issues. It is a common practice to reset these values when encountering “This site can not be reached” or “Unable to connect to the Internet” or “Hmm… can not access this page” gray error alerts

Follow the steps below to solve this issue:

1. Click the SEARCH button in the bottom of the screen. Type cmd in the Search Box (It will show the search result as the picture).

2. Right-Click on the COMMAND PROMPT icon and then select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

Note: If prompted for permission please click on YES.

3. COMMAND PROMPT will run as an administrator. Type netsh int ip reset and press ENTER.

Restart your pc and check the connection status.
