Fix “The session ticket information is invalid” error in GoPayment

Did you see this error when you were inviting a user to use your GoPayment account?

“An error has occurred: The session ticket information is invalid.”

This means you added the user’s email address to your GoPayment account in the past, but then deleted it. This might have happened because you wanted to limit their access.

Ask your user for a different email address #

Once you delete a user’s email address or user ID in GoPayment, you can’t use it with any Intuit services again.
