Finding an app’s error log

Learn how to find the error log for an app connected to QuickBooks Online.

Many apps found on Intuit’s Apps.com website have an error log. The error log records any errors that happen while the app and QuickBooks are connected. In this article, we’ll show you how to find this log.

Only the user that connected the app can see the app connection within QuickBooks Online or on Apps.com.

  1. From the left menu select Apps.
  2. Select My Apps.
  3. Select the desired app.
  4. Choose Settings at the Action drop-down.
  5. Select View in the Fix Issues section.
