As an Online Bill Pay subscriber, you’ll receive emails about various things. In this article, we’ll show you how to customize your email preferences.

Which emails can I set preferences for? #

You can customize email preferences for the following situations:

  • Bills that are ready to be paid.
  • You’ve been invited to connect, your invitations are accepted, and when receiving other network updates.
  • You receive something new in Incoming Bills.
  • To Do List reminders to pay bills that are coming due.

To set up your email preferences #

To set up your email preferences, follow these steps.

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Bill Pay.
  3. Select Email preferences.
  4. Select the edit icon (pencil).
  5. Select your preferences and select Save.

Alternately, you can access email preferences via the Gear icon on the Pay Bills Online page.
