Visual Web Designer

Full Job Description
The UX Visual Web Designer is responsible for translating business needs to functional digital design for multiple retail electricity brands. Assist in overall digital optimization by designing multi-channel experiences for prospects and customers based on best UX best practices, learnings from testing efforts, and analytics. Areas of focus include content, visual design, information architecture, user research and overall brand consistency

Education:
Bachelors Degree preferred

Experience:
3+ years of proven work experience as a UX Analyst or similar role
Knowledge in design and wireframe tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketch
Proficiency in digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Analytics coding: experience with JavaScript coding and experimentation philosophy
Front End Work: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Functional Coding: JavaScript
A basic understanding of web development and agile practices
Experience managing digital roadmaps of successfully executed, investment returning features/tests
Experience within a digital team with extensive experience in various digital marketing channels including paid advertising, social media, e-mail, websites, landing pages, SEO and content marketing
Experience writing requirements for designers and developers

Contract length: 12 months
