SEM Specialist

Full Job Description
This position will have the opportunity to work on digital campaigns across a number of industries including performing arts, entertainment, sports, healthcare and legal with clients ranging from local to national. The SEM Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all SEM and SEO initiatives for all our clients, from strategy to implementation and optimization. They will work alongside the rest of the digital department to ensure all campaigns are performing at optimal levels daily.

Lead and execute all aspects of SEM campaigns including strategy, copy generation, best practices, analytics implementation, and optimization
Measure and report performance of all SEM campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, Lead generation and other KPI’s)
Formulate competitive analysis reports and web audits (using tools like SEMrush or others)
Assist with campaign insights and reporting related to paid and organic web campaigns
Lead and execute all aspects of SEO campaigns including keyword research, link building, blog content, on-page and off-page tactics, and local listing monitoring
Develop strategies related to SEO that create quality online traffic and leads for clients
Complete all other duties as assigned

College degree and/or pertinent certifications required
Minimum of 4-5 years in SEM and digital marketing
Minimum of 2 years in SEO
Comprehensive knowledge of Google platforms (Ads and Analytics certifications required, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio knowledge a plus)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Proactive work mentality and ability to multi-task on several campaigns
Willingness to collaborate closely with team members on strategy and day-to-day campaign management
This role will be an in-office position.
